It’s a business plan, but it’s also a wheel [bear with me]. A metaphorical wheel with spokes and for the wheel to turn, to gain momentum all spokes must turn- basically meaning if you skip a step or don’t nurture each aspect of the business plan, you’ll have a flat tyre.

On Adam’s Success Calls, he goes through this 6-step plan and tailors it to your needs, making it a bespoke business map just for you! Now, 6-step plan sounds like some marketing BS, but I promise you it works- it’s made hundreds of our Landlords happy and successful, and you could be one of them.

Once you go round the wheel and talk it through, your vision becomes a lot clearer. It allows you to see where your property portfolio is going.

We look at your overall financial dashboard, is everything as it should be? We check in with mortgage brokers and accountants, investigate insurance policies and stamp duty- basically we make sure you’re all up to scratch, so your portfolio is tied up in a nice little compliant bow.

The key is to plan- if you fail to plan, you plan to fail, as they say. This success plan sets you on a path for the next 12 months, it’s a meticulous tool that projects how many properties will be added to your portfolio in the next year, and even how many will be refinanced the year after that, to keep it growing. We set these targets, have the same call again in 12 months and when we achieve them, we celebrate your success.
